We prepare ripe strawberries, fill with water, in which we leave the strawberries for a couple of minutes so that the sand moves away and only then we cut off the green tails.

For syrup, combine granulated sugar with water and bring the mixture to a boil, remembering to stir constantly.

Put the prepared and clean strawberries into a saucepan, immediately pour hot sugar syrup and leave to cool at room temperature.

We check the syrup, if it is cold, then it is time to drain it into a saucepan and bring it to a boil again. Pour the berries with boiled syrup and leave to cool completely. We repeat the same procedure one or two more times.

Citric acid acts as a preservative, not only improving the taste, but also contributing to a longer preservation of the jam.Therefore, we recommend not to abstain and feel free to add it to the jam.

- Strawberries - 2000 gr.
- Granulated sugar - 1000 gr.
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp
Cooking process:
- The first step is to process the berries. We remove the strawberry stalks only after the berries have been thoroughly washed and completely dried.
- Then cut the prepared berries into slices and put them in a large and deep stewpan.
- Immediately fill the chopped strawberries with granulated sugar and mix well. We leave the berries alone for about two hours so that they start up the juice in which they will cook.
- We send candied berries to boil over low heat. After the juice has been brought to a boil, add citric acid and thoroughly mix the entire contents. Leave the jam to cook until it thickens, stirring occasionally with a spatula, but not very intensely.
- Put the prepared jam hot in prepared jars, close the lids and turn it upside down. In this position, cover them with a towel and leave to cool for a couple of hours.

- Granulated sugar - 700 gr.
- Gelatin - 50 gr.

- Granulated sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Agar-agar - 1.5 tablespoons
Cooking process:
- We wash the strawberries well, getting rid of the sand, and remove all the green tails. Only then grind all the berries with a blender to a thick puree.
- Pour the mixture from the blender bowl into an enamel saucepan in which we will cook the jam.
- Pour granulated sugar here and, without mixing the ingredients, insist the strawberries.
- Pour the agar agar into a bowl and fill it with cold water to cover the sweetener.
- After 30 minutes, we send the candied chopped berries to warm up over low heat. Put a few tablespoons of warm berries in a bowl with agar-agar and grind the components well together.
- Transfer the contents of the agar-agar bowl to boiling jam with sugar, mix well and continue to cook for 20 minutes on low heat, not forgetting to stir. After this time, we check the readiness of the strawberry jam by transferring a couple of tablespoons to a separate container, and leave for 5-7 minutes in a cold place to freeze.
