We start cooking by making the dough. To do this, we need to combine sifted flour, salt, granulated sugar and fast-acting yeast in a deep plate. Mix all dry ingredients well.

Mix the mixture a little and pour in the required amount of olive oil.

Knead a soft pliable dough with your hands and form a ball. Cover with cling film and put in a warm place for an hour.

After 50-60 minutes, the dough increased several times, the yeast started working.

Cooking the sauce. Cut the tomatoes at the base and fill them with boiling water; due to heat treatment, the skin easily peels off the tomatoes, which is what we need.

Remove the softened peel and interrupt the vegetables in a blender until smooth.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the olive oil and pour in the tomato gruel, add dried herbs - oregano and basil, minced garlic and a spoonful of tomato paste through a press.

Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 8-10 minutes (until the excess liquid evaporates) and salt and pepper to your liking before removing from the stove.

While we were busy with tomatoes, the dough was ripe. Roll it out into a thin round layer and put it on a baking sheet, previously covered with a sheet of parchment paper for baking.
