  • We prepare all the products necessary for the preparation of paella.
  • Cut the garlic into small cubes. We wash the bell peppers, peel and cut into large pieces. Cut the shallots into half rings. Cut off and chop the parsley stalks.
  • Divide the tomato into two halves and grate each one. Fill the saffron with boiling water and let it brew for 5 minutes.
  • We wash the unpeeled shrimps and remove their insides, leaving the shell.
  • Heat the olive oil in a paella pan, put the shrimp in shells, cuttlefish and mussels in it. We fry everything over moderate heat for about 3 minutes.
