Ingredients:
- Pork - 0.7 kg.
- Champignons - 0.5 kg.
- Potatoes - 0.5-0.6 kg.
- Bulb onions - 3-4 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 200 gr.
- Mayonnaise + sour cream - 200 gr.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
- Vegetable oil - for frying mushrooms + for greasing the mold.
Cooking process:
- Wash the pork, dry it, divide it into portions, each of which should be about the size of a woman's palm. Beat off the meat on both sides.
- Salt each piece, brush with mustard and lightly black pepper. You can also add pork spices. Let the meat marinate in a bowl while you prepare the rest.
- Champignons can be taken both raw and pickled. Clean raw mushrooms from debris, rinse and cut into small flat pieces.
