  • Let's prepare the beans. Fill it with cold water and leave it for about 8 hours to soak.
  • Drain water from it and refill it. We send the pot with beans to the stove and wait until it boils. Now we drain the hot water and fill it with cold water again, the ideal ratio is 1: 4. We cook our beans for about 50 minutes so that they become very soft. Knead some with a fork, only so that a lot of whole beans are preserved.
  • We sort out the kernels, removing the husks.
  • We send the nuts into a blender bowl or a meat grinder and grind.
